What to do if my zioxi Rechargeable powerHub screen is black?

If your zioxi Power Supply screen is black, there might be several reasons: * The powerHub might be turned off. In this case, turn it on using the on/off switch located under the powerHub top. * The battery charge level could be low. Press the Timed On button; if you see a warning triangle followed by a connect to mains power icon, plug the powerHub into a mains supply. * The battery charge level might be critically low, causing the powerHub to enter deep sleep. To recover, switch the powerHub off and then back on using the switch under the top. Ensure you plug it into a mains supply to recharge the batteries immediately. * The powerHub may have been put into Sleep mode remotely using onView. Press the Timed On button on the powerHub to wake it up.
