What to do if my ZKTeco Control Panel shows 'Access Denied (Unknown Format)'?
If your ZKTeco Control Panel displays 'Access Denied (Unknown Format)', it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check that your D0 and D1 wiring are correctly connected, as they might be reversed. Second, the card type you are using might not be recognized by the system.
