  • Safety Precautions:
    • Place the treadmill on a flat, indoor surface, away from moisture and water.
    • Maintain at least 3.3ft (1 meter) of clearance on either side and 6.6ft (2 meters) behind the treadmill for safety and emergency jumping off.
    • Ensure the power plug is properly grounded and no other appliances are on the same circuit.
    • If the power cord is damaged, contact the seller or a qualified engineer for repair.
    • Keep the safety key out of reach of children when not in use, and unplug the power cord for long-term storage.
    • Keep lubricating oil out of reach of children.
    • Do not use the machine if feeling unwell; consult a doctor.

Maintenance Features:

Regular maintenance is crucial for extending the lifespan and ensuring the performance of the walking pad.

  • Motor Cleaning: Open the motor cover at least twice a year and vacuum clean the motor.
  • Walking Belt Cleaning: Clean the exposed parts on both sides of the walking belt to prevent impurity accumulation. Ensure sports shoes are clean to avoid foreign objects wearing the walking board and belt. Wipe the walking belt surface with a damp, soapy cloth, being careful not to splash water on electrical components.
  • Power Disconnection: Always unplug the walking machine before cleaning or performing maintenance.
  • Walking Belt Deviation Adjustment:
    • Place the machine flat and run it at 4 miles/h.
    • If the belt is closer to the left: Rotate the left adjusting bolt 1/2 turn clockwise, then the right adjusting bolt 1/2 turn counter-clockwise (Picture A).
    • If the belt is closer to the right: Rotate the right adjusting bolt 1/2 turn clockwise, then the left adjusting bolt 1/2 turn counter-clockwise (Picture B).
  • Running Belt Lubrication: The walking machine comes pre-lubricated from the factory. Regular application of lubricating oil is essential for the service life and performance.
    • Frequency:
      • Lightweight users (less than 3 hours/week): Every 10 months.

    • Method: Lift the walking machine belt upwards, open the lubricating oil bottle, and squeeze the oil onto the walking board as shown in the provided figure.
  • General Maintenance Suggestions:
    • Frequent inspection for wear and damage is required.
    • Worn or damaged accessories (motor, electrical parts, power cord, walking belt) should be professionally repaired or replaced to maintain safety.
    • Immediately replace defective parts or leave the equipment idle for repair.
    • Pay special attention to components most vulnerable to wear, such as the walking belt.
  • Error Codes: The manual provides a "Translation of Error codes" table, detailing possible causes and solutions for common error codes:
    • E1 (Communication Abnormal): Check connections between the lower controller and console; ensure cores are plugged in; replace damaged lines.
    • E2 (No signal from motor): Check motor cable connection and for damage/burnt smell; check speed sensor installation/damage.
    • E5 (Over current protection): Indicates overloading or a stuck part. Adjust the machine and restart. Check for liquid or burnt smell in the motor or controller; replace if found. Verify power supply voltage matches specifications.
    • E6 (Explosion-proof impact protection): Check if power supply voltage is 50% lower than normal; check for burnt smell in the controller and replace if needed; check motor cable connection.
