If your Zodiac Heat Pump is not working, first check the supply voltage and the F1 fuse. Also, the heat pump will stop heating if the setpoint temperature is reached, meaning the water temperature is at or above the setpoint. Ensure proper water flow; the heat pump will stop if the flow rate is insufficient. The unit will also stop if the outside temperature drops too low (below 5 °C for standard models or -5 °C for “Defrost” models). Finally, the heat pump might have detected an operating fault.
