Click on the "Add..." button in the [Phone and Modem Options] window.
The [Add New Hardware Wizard (Install New Modem)] window will appear.
Install the modem by following the instructions in the windows that follow.

Check [Don't detect my modem; I will select it from a list], and then click on the
[Next] button.
