Squeeze the foam sleeve with your thumb and ngers. The foam sleeve will
momentarily be smaller in diameter.
As the foam sleeve is in its smaller/squeezed state, hold the hearing aid between your
thumb and forenger.
With your opposite hand, tug gently on your ear lobe and insert the hearing aid in your
ear canal. Keep gentle pressure on the face plate while the hearing aid slides in your
ear canal. Hold for 15 seconds. This will allow the foam sleeve to slowly expand and
t the contour of your ear canal.
Warnings:
•
Do not insert the hearing aid if you think you may have a foreign object in
the ear canal.
•
The hearing aid and foam sleeve are made of modern non-allergenic materials. Still, in
rare cases, skin irritation can occur. If you experience discomfort or skin irritation in the
ear or in the ear canal, discontinue use, and contact your Physician immediately.
