Using the Phone Storage as the
Extended RAM
The phone’s Random Access Memory (RAM) is used to handle
all active tasks and apps. You can set part of the phone storage
as the extended RAM when your phone storage is sufficient, and
the phone will run more smoothly.
1. Open Settings and touch About phone > RAM capacity.
2. Switch on Extended RAM.
3. Select the extended RAM capacity.
4. Touch RESTART NOW. The changed settings will take effect
after the phone is restarted.
