Maintenance Features

Installation Guidelines

  • Avoid 100KHz-150KHz frequency sources within 50CM of the controller.
  • Maintain an installation distance of ≥50CM between two unifying machines, or one unifying machine and another 125KHz card reader.
  • When "Check door sensor when unlocking" is enabled, the controller checks the door sensor state. If the door sensor is separated, the controller considers the door already opened. In this state, the door will remain locked regardless of the door opening method, except when using the fire control door opening button.
  • Power Supply: Always cut off 12VDC power supply during installation and connection. Connecting with electricity is strictly prohibited.

Restore Factory Defaults

  • Method 1 (via programming): Press [8]+[6], 2 beeps, then 3 long beeps, 8 short beeps after 120 seconds, and the device enters normal working state.
  • Method 2 (physical reset):
    1. Remove the controller.
    2. Use metal tweezers to short connect the J2.
    3. The controller will emit a beep, then 2 beeps, and the restored factory default programming PIN is 990101.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If the controller continuously sends out 8 short sounds after starting, it indicates insufficient power source current or voltage.
