1. Take out the Earbuds. 2. Pull the protective adhesive lm
off of the Earbuds.
3. Please put Earbuds back into the
Charging Case and CLOSE it for at
least 1 min. and then begin use.
PAIR
1. Open the Charging Case to automatically power ON the earbuds.
2. White and Red LED Indicator on the earbuds will ash and a voice prompt will
state,”Pairing”.
3. Go to Settings. Go to Bluetooth. Tap”ZVOLTZ”.
4. A voice prompt will state,”Connected” signaling the processis complete.
What if you cannot nd “ZVOLTZ” in your Bluetooth page?
Reason 1: Earbuds have paired to another device.
Solution: Disconnect the Earbuds by turning Off the Bluetooth on the mistaken connected devices, then pair the Earbuds to your preferred device.
Reason 2: The Ear buds has reached 0% battery life.
Solution: Place both Earbuds back into the Charging case. Allow the Earbuds to recharge for around 5 mins. If the Charging Case has run out of
battery, plug it into a USB power source with the Earbuds still in side. (Type-C Cable provided).
Reason 3: Earbuds are completely OFF.
Solution: You may have accidentally manually turned off the Earbuds, Please press and hold the MFB buttons for 3-4 seconds to turn on the Earbuds.

Function Description:

These earbuds are designed for audio playback and hands-free calling. They offer both stereo and single ear modes, allowing users to listen with both earbuds or just one. The multi-function button (MFB) on each earbud controls music playback (play/pause, skip tracks), answers/ends calls, switches between calls, rejects calls, and activates voice assistants (Siri, Google Assistant). Volume control buttons on the earbuds allow for direct adjustment of audio levels. The charging case not only recharges the earbuds but also features a USB Type-A port to charge other devices, effectively acting as a portable power bank.

Important Technical Specifications:

• Battery Life: Standard battery life for the earbuds is 3.5 hours. The charging case extends the total battery life up to 80 hours.

Usage Features:

• Activating the Earbuds: Upon first use, users need to take the earbuds out of the case, remove protective adhesive film, and then place them back into the charging case for at least 1 minute to activate.
• Pairing:
  • Stereo Mode: Open the charging case, take out both earbuds. They will automatically sync and pair, and a voice prompt will announce "Pairing."
  • Single Ear Mode: Place one earbud into the charging case and close it. The preferred earbud will enter Single Ear Mode once successfully paired to the phone.
  • Bluetooth Connection: Go to device settings, then Bluetooth, and select "ZVOLTZ" from the list. A "Connected" voice prompt confirms successful pairing.
• Troubleshooting Pairing:
  • If "ZVOLTZ" is not found: Check if earbuds are paired to another device (disconnect from the mistaken device), or if they have 0% battery (recharge for 5 minutes). If the charging case is also out of battery, plug it into a USB power source. If earbuds are off, press and hold MFB for 3-4 seconds to turn them on.
• Wearing: Wrap the earloop around the back of the ear, then gently press the earbud inside the ear. The pre-installed earcaps are removable for comfort adjustment. Users should avoid overly bending or forcefully applying ear hooks.
• Multi-Function Button (MFB) Controls:
  • Music: Single press for play/pause. Double press (left earbud) for previous track, double press (right earbud) for next track.
  • Calls: Single press to answer/end calls or switch between calls. Press and hold for 1 second to reject a call.
  • Voice Assistant: Tap MFB 3 times to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
• Volume Control: Press the dedicated volume control buttons on the earbuds to increase or decrease volume.
• Charging Other Devices: Use the USB Type-A port on the charging case to charge smartphones or tablets (USB Type-A cable sold separately).

Maintenance Features:

• Charging Earbuds and Case: Insert earbuds into the charging case and close it. Plug the Type-C cable into the case. Both earbuds and case will charge simultaneously. A 4-star LED light on the charging case indicates battery percentage. Ensure the cable is firmly inserted to avoid improper charging.
• Factory Reset:
  1. Place earbuds inside the charging case with the lid open.
  2. Press and hold the Factory Reset Button for 10 seconds.
  3. The 4 White LED lights on the charging case will flash 3 times, signaling the reset process.
  4. After the lights stop flashing, all paired information is cleared.
  5. After reset, the device name "ZVOLTZ" may still appear in the Bluetooth list; users should tap it and select "Forget This Device" before attempting to re-pair.
• Battery Care: Avoid letting the battery reach 0% life to prevent potential pairing issues. Charge earbuds at least once a month to maintain product lifespan.
• General Care: Do not modify, disassemble, or replace components. Dispose of the product according to local environmental laws. Avoid bending, tearing, or chewing on ear hooks. Do not fully submerge the product in water. Avoid throwing, tossing, dropping, or misusing the charging case. Do not forcefully press volume control buttons. Do not misuse or purposely try to break the battery, charging case, or earbuds.
• Safety: The product is not a toy and should not be used or touched by children.
