What to do if the IP address is not assigned to client PC by Zwana Network Hardware?

If your client PC isn't getting an IP address, and the Zwana DHCP service isn't assigning one, go to Control Panel > Network Connections. Right-click on the Local Area Connection and disable it. After it's disabled, double-click the Local Area Connection to enable it again. You can also try rebooting the client PC.
