Why doesn't my Zwilling Cookers build pressure after heating?

  If your Zwilling Cookers isn't building pressure, several factors could be at play. First, ensure you've filled at least 1/3 of the pot with water. Next, check that the energy level of the hob is sufficiently high and the diameter of the hob is large enough. Also, make sure the sealing ring is correctly inserted firmly into the edge of the lid and is not damaged; replace it if necessary.

  If steam is escaping from the edge of your Zwilling Cookers lid, it indicates that the sealing ring isn't sealing properly. Ensure the sealing ring is firmly inserted into the edge of the lid. If the sealing ring is damaged, replace it.

  If you're having trouble closing the lid of your Zwilling Cookers, the friction between the sealing ring and the pot might be too great. Try moistening the edge of the pot with a small amount of cooking oil. If the pot is deformed, contact Zwilling customer service.
