Check the switch configuration, like port blocked, VLAN setting…etc.
Capture the Ethernet packets by Wireshark.

3 Check the CAPWAP status of AP
If the AP is managed by the controller, the AC-IP shows the controller’s IP
and the SM-state is RUN(8).
