4. Creating aperture positions
4.1. Create two aperture positions: Position 1 for the 20x and Position 2 for the 40x objective. (The 20x objective needs less light so collapse the
iris. The 40x objective needs more light so open the aperture motor. By default, define the amount of light through the 20x objective in
Position 1 and 40x in Position 2.)
4.2. Click the Add position button twice to create two positions.
4.3. Select Position 1 from the Aperture positions drop-down menu.
4.4. Click the Aperture motor position button to activate the motor control panel.
4.5. Click the Home button twice!
Caution!
If you miss this step, you will get false values!
4.6. Set the movement to 0,1µm!

If you miss this step, the motor will move falsely!
