10. ND Filter
1. Fundamentally, the functionality of the ND filter is identical with the aperture’s. To reduce light for the 20x objective, a filter is moved to the
beam of light. In case of the 40x objective, no filter is used. For the adjustment procedure, the Pax-lamp must be removed from the unit.
2. The adjustment of the ND filter is very similar to the aperture’s. After initialization, the Speed and the Acceleration slide bars become active on
the ND filter low level setup window.
Caution!
If you miss this step, the motor will move falsely!
