The stethoscope headset is angled for optimal ear canal anatomy fit. Eartips should point forward when inserting.
Modify headset tension by pulling eartubes apart (reduce) or squeezing together (increase) for a comfortable, secure fit.
The chestpiece has two sides; only one is active at a time, indicated by a stem mark. Rotate to switch sides.
Use light pressure for low frequencies and firm pressure for high frequencies to emphasize specific sounds.
The small chestpiece side can be converted to a traditional open bell by replacing the diaphragm with a nonchill sleeve.
