Troubleshooting:
Observation
Device not turning on
The probe applicator
wire is short
Conductivity bar is
flashing
Remedy
Apply more gel
Possible Causes
The wires are not
separated
Poor contact with skin
or insufficient gel
application
Device is plugged into
a power socket
Battery is not charged
Probe applicators are
not inserted into the
output socket
Unplug the device
from the power socket
and then turn it on
Charge the battery for
4-5 hours
Make sure that the
handheld probe
applicators are
completely inserted
into the output socket
Separate the wire by
gently pulling the two
wires apart to work
freely on the face
Start the device by
pressing the Run/Start
button
Press Run/Pause button
The Round start button
is not pressed
Start the device using
the push down round
button
