If your A2Z Ozone Inverter isn't producing ozone, there are a few potential causes: * **Old or Damaged Plates:** Check the ozone plates through the side vents. A healthy plate emits a purple glow. If the glow is weak or spotty, replace the plates with a C-3500 Ceramic Ozone Plates Set. * **Unit in Repeat Mode:** When using a repeat timer, the ozone plates will only activate during the ozonation cycle and will be off while the fan continues to run between cycles. * **No Plates Selected:** Ensure that the desired number of ozone plates are selected using the O Plate Selection Button.
