If there is no conrmation tone when you
plug in the charging cable, please check
the connection between the cable and
the lock.
LED on lock (→ red circle): It will light up
orange and red while charging; when
fully charged, it will light up green.
Charge the battery to 100% (the charge
level of the battery can be displayed in
the app aer successful installation), and
the lock will be ready for use.
Charge your lock as soon as the app
prompts you to do so.
Charge the battery even before a longer
period of non-use of the lock (e.g. winter
break).
If the battery is depleted, the locked lock
will still provide mechanical security, but
you will be unable to open and close it.
If the battery is fully depleted and the
lock is locked onto the bicycle, you can
connect an external powerbank using a
USB cable to establish the power supply
required to open the lock.
Charge the battery fully aer opening the
lock.
Aer charging, remember to
properly close the cap again!
The cap seals the device and
protects the electronics from
humidity and dirt.
