Answer:
It is strongly recommended to use one of our USB WIFI dongles which can be
purchased at your local store or online. We cannot guarantee that other 3rd party
devices will work with our players.
Question7. Why I can’t find my USB drive in file manager?
Answer:
Try to replace a short USB cable or plug in the power cable to your USB drive. You
are suggested to plug in one USB drive at the same time.
