Place cardboard sheet on a at
surface. Carefully remove all four
corners. Discard scrap cardboard.

Pre-fold all four sides along the
scored lines.

Carefully remove the release liner by
pulling from the corner edges toward
the center, then lifting it off.

Place the LCD Display face down on
the cardboard where the cutout is
and press rmly.

Prepare and Fold Cardboard Base

Prepare the cardboard sheet by removing corners and pre-folding all four sides along scored lines.

Mount LCD Display

Carefully place the LCD display face down on the cardboard cutout and press firmly.

Fold and Secure Long Edges

Fold over the two long edges without corner tabs and apply firm pressure to secure them.

Fold and Secure Short Edges

Fold the short edges with corner tabs, align square, and secure with firm pressure.

Attach Backing Tray and Secure

Fold backing tray edges, align to main unit, press firmly, and secure flaps to frame.
