The exchange method of a Traverse(Optical-pickup)
A bridge attachment screw is removed and
a bridge is removed.
ﾌﾞﾘｯｼﾞ取 り付 けﾈｼﾞ を外しﾌﾞﾘｯｼﾞを外し ます 。
It pulls out before a disk tray and a traverse
attachment screw is removed.
At this time,It warns against losing the washer
of a screw.
ﾃﾞｨｽｸﾄﾚｲを 前に 引 き出 し､ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽ取付ﾈｼﾞ を 外 しま す
この時､ﾈｼﾞのﾜｯｼｬ類を紛失しないように注意します。
The circle mark portion of the following figure
of Connector on the back of a traverse is made
to short-circuit with solder.
Next, the flat cable shown in is removed.
ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽ裏 面の､ｺﾈｸﾀ の下図の 枠部分をﾊﾝﾀﾞｼｮｰﾄ
させ ます｡次に に示 すﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙ を外 します｡
The flat cable of 6P connector of spindle motor Ass'y
on the back is removed.
裏面 のｽﾋﾟﾝﾄﾞﾙﾓｰﾀAss'yの6Pｺﾈｸﾀのﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙを外 し ま す。
The flat cable shown in the left figure is
connected to the new traverse. And please
make a style of a flat cable in the ↓ mark
direction. Next, in figure shown Solder short-circuit
of circle mark portion is removed.
新らしいﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽに左図 に示すﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙを接 続 します｡
ﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙは 印方向に膨らませるようにして 下さい｡
次に左図の 印部分の、ﾊﾝﾀﾞｼｮｰﾄを除去します。

A new traverse is attached in the reverse order
of the removed procedure.
ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽを外 した逆 の順 序で 取付 けま す。
Flat Cable/ﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙ(674-0005-30)
The removed rubber spacer is
attached to a new traverse.
新ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽに､外したﾗﾊﾞｰｽﾍﾟｰｻを
取付 けま す｡
