Next, reinsert the power cord or check the power section. If those steps don't work, measure the voltage at U701 PIN2 and U702 PIN2, ensuring they are both 3.3V. Also, measure CN701 PIN5/6 to see if it is 12V and CN701 PIN9/10 to see if it is 5V. You may need to check the power section, replace U701 and U702, replace U401, or replace X401.

Check the voltage of C905(+). Verify F901 and the bridge rectified circuit. Check the start voltage for pin3 of IC901. Ensure the auxiliary voltage is between 10V-16V. Finally, check R906, R907, IC901, IC902, IC903, Q901, Q902, ZD901 circuit, and D910, D912.

Check the resonant wave of pin2 & pin5 for PT201. Check the output of PT201. You may need to change Q201 or Q202, change U201, change PT201. Also, check Q203/Q205/Q207/D201, Q209/Q210/C213, and the connector & lamp.
