Also, measure CN701 PIN5/6 to see if it is 12V and CN701 PIN9/10 to see if it is 5V. You may need to check the power section, replace U701 and U702, replace U401, or replace X401.

Finally, check R906, R907, IC901, IC902, IC903, Q901, Q902, ZD901 circuit, and D910, D912.

Also, check Q203/Q205/Q207/D201, Q209/Q210/C213, and the connector & lamp.
