Service and Maintenance
Introduction
This chapter contains general information about the tablet, a list of tools needed to perform
the required maintenance and step by step procedures on how to remove and install
components from the tablet computer.
Disassembly and Assembly Guide
1. Precautions
Before you perform any service and or repair on the phone, please follow the steps below first.
1. Be sure that the phone is powered down.
2. Disconnect the AC plug from the phone.
3. Remove all rings, watches and any other metal objects from your hands.
4. Always wear a ground strap on your hand to protect the phone from static discharge.

The illustrations below show the appropriate tools that should be used for the tablet’s service and
repair.
