Why is my ACIS VIPOOL MGD output so weak?

  A weak output from your ACIS Water Pump can stem from several factors. It could be due to an air leak along the suction pipe, so check the couplings and seals. For three-phase motors, an incorrect motor revolution direction might be the cause; try inverting two phases on the electricity supply. Pressure loss in the suction can also lead to this, which can be avoided by using shorter pipes, reducing the number of elbows, positioning the pump at or below the water level, and using wider pipes. Finally, ensure that the voltage supplied matches what's specified on the motor data plate, as an incorrect voltage can also cause weak output.

  If your ACIS Water Pump isn’t priming, it could be due to an air leak along the suction pipe. Check the condition of the couplings and seals along the suction pipe. If you have a three-phase motor, the incorrect motor revolution direction might be the issue; in this case, invert two phases on the electricity supply.

  The noise and vibration in your ACIS Water Pump could be due to cavitation. Another possible cause is a foreign body, such as sand. If this is the case, you should dismount, clean, and then reassemble the pump.
