IT - PREPARAZIONE DELL’ASSE DI AVVOLGIMENTO
Dopo aver tagliato il tubo alla lunghezza precedentemente ricavata, realizzare i fori filettati sull’asse necessari per il fissaggio della serranda.
Inserire l’albero flangiato all’interno del tubo e procedere alla saldatura della fl angia come mostrato in figura 2 (lato paracadute). Inserire la
flangia scanalata sul lato motore e saldarla al tubo.
EN - PREPARATION OF THE W INDING AXIS
After cutting the tube to the previously determined length, make the threaded holes on the axis necessary for affixing the shutter. Insert the
flanged shaft inside the tube and proceed with the welding of the flange as shown in Figure 2 (parachute side); Insert the grooved flange on
the motor side and weld the tube.
IT - Facendo riferimento alla fig.3b, infilare il tubo sul mozzo della ruota di trasmissione facendo corrispondere la flangia scanalata
precedentemente saldata. Infilare l’albero con la linguetta nella sede del paracadute (fig.03a). ATTENZIONE: verificare che il verso della
freccia, stampata sopra il paracadute, coinci da con il verso di discesa della serranda.
EN - Referring to Fig.3b, insert the tube on the drive wheel hub by matching the previously wel ded slotted flange. Slide the shaft with the tab,
into the parachute location (fig.03a). CAUTION: check that the direction of the arrow printed on the parachute matches the downwar d direction
of the shutter.
