IT - INSTALLAZIONE DEL MOTORIDUTTORE
Il motoriduttore fornito è configurato per un installazione a destra della serranda vista dall’interno. Il sistema è comunque predisposto per
essere installato sia a destra che a sinistra come mostrato in figura 8 e 9. Dopo aver fissato l’asse di avvolgimento, procedere al montaggio
del motoriduttore sulla staffa di trasmissione facendo combaciare i tre perni con l e rispettive sedi del riduttore (vedi fig.4). A questo punto
spingere il motore a battuta sulla staffa, facendo incastrare l’albero esagonale di trascinamento nella sede del pignone dentato. Serrare il
motoriduttore mediante i tre dadi M10.
EN - INSTALLATION OF THE GEAR MOTOR
The gearmotor provided is configured for installation to the right of the shutter seen from inside. However the system is arranged to be
installed on both right and left as shown in Fig. 8 and 9. After fixing the winding shaft, assemble the motor on the bracket transmission by
matching the three pi ns with the respective locations of the gear unit (see Figure 4). At this point push the stop bracket on the engine, fitting
the trap hex drive shaft in the seat of the toothed pinion. Tighten the gear motor using the three M10 nuts.
IT - REGOLAZIONE DEL TENDICATENA
La staffa di trasmissione è dotata di un sistema integrato che ha il compito di svolgere sia la funzione di paracadute che quella di tendicatena.
Il paracadute blocca la serranda nel caso in cui si verifica la rottura della catena mentre la parte tendicatena, sempre in presa, garantisce un
corretto funzionamento della trasmissione. La regolazione del tendicatena si esegue avvitando le due viti di registro (C) mostrate in fig.5.
Agendo in questo modo si ottiene lo spostamento del motore il quale, essendo collegato al sistema di trasmissione, tensiona la catena. Nella
fig.5a è mostrata la posizione corretta del sistema dopo la regolazione.
EN - ADJUSTING THE TENSIONER
The transmission bracket is equipped with an integrated system to act as both a parachute and chain tensioner. The parachute l ocks the
shutter in the event the chain breaks while the chain tensioner, in constant mesh, ensures the transmission functions properly. The chain
tensioner is adjusted by screwing the two adjusting screws (C) shown in fig.5. By acting in this way, the motor is moved, which being
connected to the transmission system, tensions the chain. Fig 5a shows the correct position of the system after the adjustment.
