5.2 The settings in the menu cannot be changed
Check in the menu whether Service mode has been activated.
6.0 Assembly, electrical connection
6.1 Assembly
The MultiControl Mono control system is located in a switch box with the dimensions 290 x 180 x 105 mm (H x
W x D with screw connections and air connection). There are 4 holes on the switch box for mounting.
6.2 Hose connection
An 8/6 mm threaded hose connection is supplied for the hose connection as standard. The switchgear can be
supplied with other threaded hose connections as an option.
A retrospective replacement of the threaded hose connection is also possible. The threaded hose connection
must have a G1/8” internal thread with the device. When replacing the connection, it is important to hold the
relevant nut in place with a 14 mm spanner. The screw connection must be used with a suitable sealant in all
cases.
6.3 Electrical connection of power supply and pumps
The electrical connection must be configured by an electrician according to the applicable VDE regulations.
A maximum of 3 16 A time-lag fuses must be fitted on the mains side.
Mains connection (3 ~) L1, L2, L3, N, PE (Figure 1a in Appendix)
(Each terminal is present in duplicate and jumpered internally)
The terminals are configured for a maximum cable cross-section of 4 mm². It must be ensured that a right-
handed rotating field is created. The terminals are labelled L1, L2, L3, N and PE.
