Why can't I feel the electrical stimulation through the foot-pads on my Actegy Medical Equipment?
    • J
      Jennifer McgeeAug 12, 2025
There could be several reasons why you are not feeling the electrical stimulation. First, ensure that both of your bare feet are placed on the foot-pads simultaneously. If your feet are dry, moisturize the soles to improve conductivity. Dehydration can also affect stimulation, so drink plenty of water before and after use. Ensure the intensity level is high enough, gradually increasing it until you feel the stimulation. Also, make sure the Arthritis Pad cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads won't work when it's plugged in. You can test the device by placing one hand across both foot-pads and increasing the intensity to feel the stimulation. If you still feel nothing at the maximum intensity, contact your authorised dealer.

What to do if there is no power to my Actegy REVITIVE 2836AA Medical Equipment?

If there is no power or lights when you switch on your Actegy Medical Equipment, check that the AC adapter is properly plugged into both the electrical socket and the device. Also, ensure that the electrical socket is switched on. If the device still doesn't power on, it could be due to a flat battery. In this case, plug the device into an electrical socket to charge the battery or run it using the mains power option. If problems persist, contact your authorised dealer.

Why are my legs aching after using Actegy REVITIVE 2836AA?
    • T
      Timothy AndersonAug 27, 2025
Leg aching after treatment with your Actegy Medical Equipment can occur if the intensity is set too high, causing your muscles to be overworked. Allow sufficient recovery time after each session, similar to post-exercise recovery. During your next session, begin with a lower intensity setting where you can comfortably feel the mild electrical stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust to the stimulation.

How to enable the IsoRocker function on my Actegy REVITIVE 2836AA?
    • K
      Kristy MaySep 2, 2025
The IsoRocker on your Actegy Medical Equipment will only rock when the intensity is increased to a level that causes sufficient calf muscle contraction. Increase the intensity until you get used to the sensation, ensuring that the level remains comfortable. Also, sit with your knees at a 90-degree angle. Finally, make sure that the IsoRocker Disabler is set to the center position.
