What to do if Actegy Revitive Circulation Booster REVITIVE is on but I don't feel stimulation?
    • V
      vangsarahJul 28, 2025
First, ensure both bare feet are placed on the foot-pads simultaneously, and increase the intensity up to 99 until you feel stimulation. If that doesn't work, moisturize the soles of your feet to improve conductivity and try again, increasing the intensity if needed. Also, drink plenty of water before and after use to stay hydrated, as water helps conduct electricity. Ensure the Body Pad cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads won't work when it's plugged in. If you still feel nothing, test the device by placing one hand across both footpads and increasing the intensity. If you feel stimulation in your hand, the device is working.

      Christopher JohnsonAug 3, 2025
Check that the AC adapter is switched on at the electrical socket and properly plugged into the device. If it's still not working, the battery might be flat. Plug the device into an electrical socket to charge the battery or run it using the mains power option.

Why are my legs aching after using Actegy Revitive Circulation Booster?
    • J
      John MezaAug 9, 2025
The intensity setting may be too high, overworking your muscles. Allow time for your muscles to recover after each treatment, similar to after vigorous exercise. During your next session, begin with a lower, comfortable setting where you feel a mild electrical stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust to the stimulation.

What to do if Actegy Revitive Circulation Booster Medical Equipment IsoRocker isn't rocking?
    • S
      Seth JimenezAug 15, 2025
The IsoRocker isn't mechanical; the rocking motion comes from your leg muscles. It will only rock when the intensity is high enough to cause sufficient calf muscle contraction. If you can't comfortably increase the intensity, it may take time to get used to the sensation. Make sure the intensity is at a comfortable level. Also, sit with your knees at a 90-degree angle and ensure the IsoRocker Disabler is in the center position (flat).

How to stop Actegy Revitive Circulation Booster IsoRocker tapping on the floor?
    • V
      vegabrendanAug 21, 2025
Adjust the device's positioning or lower the intensity level to reduce the tapping noise. Alternatively, use a floor mat under the device to cushion the sound.
