Operation Guidance
You can only place the vehicle in the
VEHICLE OFF (LOCK) mode if the
transmission is in Park. You will see
the ‘‘SHIFT TO PARK’’ message on
the multi-information display if you
press the engine start/stop button to
turn the vehicle off with the shift
lever in any other position except P
(Park).
If the power mode is in
ACCESSORY, the ACCESSORY
MODE will appear.
You will also see the ‘‘TO TURN
VEHICLE OFF:’’ message on the
multi-information display. Press the
engine start/stop button twice to
change the power mode from
ACCESSORY to VEHICLE OFF
(LOCK).
