Programming Your Remote Control
Programming with Automatic Search:
• StartwiththeTVturnedon.
• Press&releasetheTVbutton.
• Press&holdtheRCUSETUPbutton
untiltheTVbuttonblinkstwice.
•Enter9-9-1.TheTVbutton will
blinktwice.(9-9-1shouldNOTappear
ontheTVscreen)
• AimtheremoteattheTV,thenPress
&releasethePOWERbutton.
• Press & release the CH+ or CH-
(Channel) buttoncontinuouslyuntil
theTVturnso.
• PressthePOWERbutton toturn
theTVbackon.
• PresstheRCUSETUPbutton to
storethecodefor the TV. The TV
buttonwillblinktwice.
Notes: If either the CH (Channel) or VOL
(Volume) buttons don’t function correctly you
may need to go through the steps above again
until the remote nds another code for the TV.
By default the TV channel should be set to
Channel 3. Please make a note if the MHTC
technician states otherwise.
Volume Lock:
Control the volume on your TV regardless
of what “device” is selected (TV, STB, etc):
• Press&releasetheTVbutton.
• Press&holdtheRCUSETUPbutton
untiltheTVbuttonblinkstwice.
• Enter9-9-3.
• Press&releasetheTVbutton.e
TVbuttonwillblinktwice.
Programming One Touch Power:
Control the power to the TV without
turning o the Set-Top Box. (2 Steps)
Step 1 - Clearing One-Touch Power:
• Press&releasetheSTBbutton.
• Press&holdtheRCUSETUPbutton
untiltheSTBbuttonblinkstwice.
• Enter 9-8-0. e STB button  will
blinkseveraltimes.
Step 2 - Setting One-Touch Power:
• Press&releasetheSTBbutton.
• Press&holdtheRCUSETUPbutton
untiltheSTBbuttonblinkstwice.
• Enter9-9-5.
• Press&releasethePOWERbutton.
• Press&releasetheTVbutton.
• Press&releasethePOWERbutton.
• Press&releasetheSTBButton.
• Press&holdtheRCUSETUPbutton
untiltheSTBbuttonblinkstwice.
• PressPOWER  totestif successful
(TVshouldturnowhileSet-topbox
remains on); if not you must repeat
bothStep1andStep2.
