J. SHUT DOWN INSTRUCTIONS
In the case where the dryer is to be shut down (taken out of service) for a period of time, the following MUST
BE performed:
1. Discontinue power to the dryer either at the external disconnect switch or the circuit breaker.
2. Discontinue the gas supply (for GAS MODELS ONLY):
1) SHUT OFF external gas supply shut-off valve (for both the top basket [tumbler] and the bottom
basket [tumbler] where the independent supply line for each basket [tumbler] is used).
2) SHUT OFF internal gas supply shut-off valve located in the gas valve burner area (for both the
top basket [tumbler] and the bottom basket [tumbler]).
