Preparation:
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Park the vehicle on level ground and set the emergency brake.
• We recommend reading through the installation instructions in whole before performing the work.
• Estimated Installation Time: 2 Hours
**is installation requires 2 people for best results**
You will need the following tools:
- Ratchet - 13/16" Socket - 15mm Socket
- 18mm Socket - Cuto Wheel - Black Paint
Included in Kit:
- Stock Hardware is Reused
Removal:
1. From underneath the truck, unplug both fog light connectors. (Fig A)
2. From underneath the truck, use a 13/16" Socket to loosen the Main Bumper Mounting Nuts (x4). en,
remove these bolts. (Fig B)

Removal Steps

Disconnect Fog Lights

Unplug both fog light connectors from underneath the truck.

Remove Main Bumper Mounting Nuts

Loosen and remove four main bumper mounting nuts using a 13/16" socket.

Remove Bumper Support Bar Bolts

Remove two bolts on each side securing the bumper support bar to the frame using a 15mm socket.

Remove OEM Bumper

Detatch the original bumper, minding valence hooks connecting to the upper valance.

Remove Tow Hooks

Use an 18mm socket & wrench to remove the tow hook mounting bolts (2 per side).

Remove Frame Bells

Cut along the weld on the side of each frame bell to remove them using a cutoff wheel.

Remove Skid Plate

Using a 15mm socket, remove the four skid plate mounting bolts and then the skid plate.

Installation Steps

Mount New Bumper

Position the new bumper and loosely reinstall hardware from Step 2 to hold it in place.

Align and Torque Bumper

Align the bumper with the grille, then torque mounting bolts to manufacturer specifications.

Trim Inner Fender Liners

Using a utility knife, trim inner fender liners following a specified line.

Final Steps and Maintenance

Enjoy New Bumper

Stand back and enjoy the newly installed ADD Venom Front Bumper.

Periodic Bolt Tightening

Check and re-tighten all mounting bolts after 100 miles and periodically thereafter.
