Fault Possible Cause
No function Battery empty or inserted the wrong way
around?
The scale appear to be displaying
false weighing results
Is the scale standing on a rm, even
surface?
Is a device that can cause electromagnetic
disturbances located in the vicinity of the
scale?
Remove the battery from the scale and wait
a moment. Reinsert the battery. The data
stored up to this point will be retained.
“Err” is shown on the display The maximum capacity of the scale (180kg)
has been exceeded.
“Lo” is shown on the display The battery is empty (see “Changing the
battery”).
“ErrL” is shown on the display The fat proportion % is too low: Below 4%
nothing can be displayed
“ErrH” is shown on the display The fat proportion % is too high: Above
60% nothing can be displayed.
“C” is shown on the display The weighing/measurement process was
faulty: The scale are not standing stably or
you are not standing still on the weighing
surface during weighing.
