− Be careful when handling the
thermometer. The probe tip
presents a risk of injury.
ADVICE to prevent material
damage
− The control module is not water
tight. Do not clean it in the
dishwasher.
1. Wipe the probe and control module
clean using a soft, dampened cloth
and, if necessary, some detergent.
2. Wipe the thermometer thoroughly
dry.
3. Stick the protective cap onto the
probe tip.
