Roasting Thermometer BBQ 1600
Start-up
1. Insert the batteries (see “Insert/
Change Battery”).
2. Insert the plug of the temperature
probe into the connection socket of
the thermometer.
3. Unwind the cable of the
temperature probe completely.
4. Pull the protective film off the
display.
5. For positioning/attachment of
the control module, fold out the
support foot on the rear side or
secure the thermometer using the
magnets to a metallic surface.
Basic functions
Choose meat type and degree of
cooking
1. Slide the function selector switch to
“Cook”.
2. Select the desired meat type by
repeatedly pressing the
M
M
T
S
S/S
button.
BEEF > PORK > FISH > VEAL >
LAMB > CHICKEN > TURKEY >
HAMBURGER > PGM
