Removing the iso-strips
When the scales are delivered, the battery is
already inserted and fitted with iso-strips to
prevent it from discharging ahead of time. In
order to make the timer operational, you have to
remove the iso-strip.
1. Loosen the fastening screw of the battery
compartment a little using a fine Phillips
screwdriver.
2. Pull out the iso-strips.
3. Re-tighten the fastening screw.
4. Pull the protective film off the display.
As soon as the timer has been supplied with
current, a bleep can be heard and ā12:00ā appears
on the display.
Inserting/changing batteries
In order to use the timer you require a battery of
type LR1130/1.5 V.
1. Loosen the fastening screw of the battery
compartment cover using fine Phillips
screwdriver and remove the battery
compartment cover.
