Adexa ADM10 - Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting:

Remedy
Device is not working
No power supply.
Check the house fuse,
power supply, power
plug.
Bowl not up
Turn the handwheel
until the bowl has
moved up.
Protective grid open.
Close the protective
grille.
Gear not engaged.
Switch off the machine
and operate the gear
lever.
The device stop
working.
Blown fuse.
Check house security
fuse.
Device overheated.
Allow the device to cool
down and restart after
cooling.
Gear wedged.
Disconnect from the
mains plug and turn the
drive shaft by hand.
Choose another gear.
Protective grille inadmissibly
opened.
Close the protective
grille.
Bowl in the wrong position.
Turn the handwheel
until the bowl has
moved up.
Oil runs out of the
device.
Transmission seal defective.
Replace seal.
The lifting device is
difficult to operate or
is stuck.
The lift guide is rusted or
contaminated.
Clean the guide and
grease it.
Noise in the machine
head and overheated.
Bad lubrication.
Fill gearbox with
lubricant.
Only high speed, no
middle and low
speed.
Transmission block for the gear
adjustment is defective.
Change transmission
block.
Spring plate of the clutch or the
teeth on the gear ring are
broken.
Change the spring plate
or the toothed ring.
Contact between
bowl and agitator.
Bowl or agitator are deformed.
Align the bowl or
agitator.
