3 Choose PDF from the pop-up menu, and enter Hyper.pdf as the filename. Click Save.
The PDF Setup dialog box now appears.
4 Choose Bookmarks from the pop-up menu. Here, you’ll use the next few steps to
specify what paragraphs you want to appear as Acrobat “bookmarks” in the final PDF
file—ChapterTitleTOC, Heading1, Heading2, Heading3, and TitleTOC/Index.
5 Hold down Shift and click the move Right Arrow button (--->) to move all the
paragraphs to the Don’t Include scroll list.
6 Scroll in the Don’t Include list until you see ChapterTitleTOC, then double-click it to
move it back to the Include Paragraphs list.
