How to replace the internal auger and gear motor on the Aduro
P5 series
Difficulty level: Difficult

Tools: TORX 20 screwdriver, 3mm Allen key
Components: Internal auger (aduroshop.com), Gear motor for internal auger (aduroshop.com)
NB: All changes and adjustments must be conducted when the stove is cold and disconnected from the
power supply.
The internal auger is placed inside the pellet tube where it is connected to the internal gear motor. You can
access these parts from the back of the stove when they need to be replaced. Follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the 4 screws on the stove’s backplate with a TORX 20 screwdriver and remove the
backplate. Then locate the gear motor:

terminal, then gently pull the cables out:
