Standard Wheel Deck
1. Assemble the side plate to the 3” X 6 7/8” extrusion using 2X M8 X 16 flat
head screws. Repeat for both sides, tighten fully. Make sure the flat face is facing
downwards.
2. Install the end caps in the middle using 2 pushpins each. Press hard to ensure
no vibration from the caps.
3. Using 4X M8 X 16 flat head screws and 4X M8 T-Nuts, install the wheel plate
as shown below. Tighten fully only after installing the wheel deck on the chassis.
Alternate assembly method:
You can assemble each side of the wheel deck separately and bolt them to the
chassis, installing the wheel deck plate only at the end. It may be easier to do this
way for some.
