Function Description:

The primary function of the Kings 1000A Lithium Jump Starter is to provide a quick and reliable solution for starting vehicles with dead batteries. It incorporates a smart clamp system that offers multiple safety protections, including low voltage, reverse polarity, short circuit, reverse charge, and automatic power shut-off. Beyond jump-starting, the device also serves as a portable power bank for charging mobile phones and features an integrated LED torch with strobe and SOS functions for emergencies.

Usage Features:

Jump Starting a Vehicle:

1. Preparation: Ensure the jump starter's power level is at least 50% before attempting to jump-start a vehicle.
2. Connection: Insert the battery clamp plug completely into the jump starter's starting port.
3. Battery Clamps: Connect the RED (positive) clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) terminal and the BLACK (negative) clamp to the vehicle's negative (-) terminal.
4. Starting: Once the vehicle has started, disconnect the jump starter from the battery as soon as possible to prevent potential damage to the unit.
5. Cool-down: Provide a two-minute cool-down break between attempts at starting a vehicle.

Charging the Jump Starter:

The jump starter can be recharged using two methods:

1. The supplied 240V AC charger.
2. The supplied 12V Cigarette plug lead. A full charge typically takes around 7 hours.

Charging Mobile Phones:

The device features two USB output ports (USB 1: 5V/2A, USB 2: 9V/2A) for charging mobile devices.

1. Connection: Connect your USB charging cable to either USB port on the jump starter and the other end to your device.
2. Activation: Press the power button on the jump starter unit to begin charging.
3. Note: Do not charge more than one device at a time with the provided USB break-out charging cable. Both USB outlets can be used simultaneously if required. The jump starter can charge most smartphones 3 to 4 times, depending on the phone's battery capacity.

Using the LED Torch:

The integrated LED torch offers multiple lighting modes:

1. Turn On: Double-press the power button to turn on the LED torch.
2. Strobe Function: Press the power button again to activate the strobe function.
3. SOS Function: Press the power button a third time to activate the SOS function.

• In case of battery leakage, do not allow liquid to contact skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.
• DO NOT use any charger or electrical cables/clamps other than those specifically provided.
• Ensure cables are fully inserted into sockets and clamps are properly connected to battery terminals.
• KEEP PRODUCT AWAY from children.

Troubleshooting:

The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues:

• No response when pressing the power button: This indicates low voltage protection. Charge the device.
• Green and red light flash for 1-3 seconds, then green light stays on when connected to car battery: Ready to jump start.
• Red light is always on: Check for reverse connection of clamps, short-circuiting, or if clamps are connected together/to the same piece of metal.
• Red light flashes quickly: The clamp temperature exceeds 65(+/-5) degrees. Remove the clamp until the red/green light flashes.
• Green light flashes slowly: The voltage of the jump starter is too low. Charge the jump starter.

Automatic Power Off:

The product will power off automatically when no load is detected or when charging is complete, helping to conserve battery life.

Warranty:

The Kings 1000A Lithium Jump Starter comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. This covers defects in design or manufacture that cause the product to fail to perform as described. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, faulty installation, modification, removal/reinstallation costs, travel/remote location expenses, transport charges/damage in transit, indirect loss from product failure, or damage from mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents, and fair wear and tear.
