playback respectively.
Note:
If there are no messages, the display will briefly show “NO MESSAGES“,
and then return to the idle screen.
Note:
You can use the following keys to control different operations during
message playback.
tPress
to stop message playback.
tPress the 4 key to repeat the current message from the beginning.
tPress the 4 key twice to skip back to the previous message.
tPress the 2 key to skip forward to play the next message.
tPress the 3 key to delete the current message playing.
11.3 Delete all messages in the answering machine
Using the handset:
tPress
(Left soft key) and / to select “ANS. MACHINE“.
tPress
(Left soft key) and / to select “DELETE ALL“.
tPress
(Left soft key) to show “CONFIRM?“.
tPress
(Left soft key) to delete all old messages.
Note:
The display will briefly show “EMPTY“ and return back to “DELETE
ALL“, but any new messages will still be saved.
Using the base:
In idle:
tPress and hold the 3 key on the base station.
tAll the old messages will be deleted.
Note:
New messages will not be deleted.
