Steam Bake To add humidity during the cooking. To get the right colour and
crispy crust during baking. To give more juiciness during reheat‐
ing.
Thermaflow® To bake on up to two shelf positions at the same time and to dry
food.
Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for Conventional Cook‐
ing.
Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on one shelf po‐
sition. Also to make gratins and to brown.
Browning To roast larger joints of meat or poultry on one level. To make
gratins and to brown.
Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve food.
