Important Technical Specifications
The manual emphasizes several safety and installation specifications:
- Minimum Distance: The minimum distance between the hob surface and the lower part of the appliance must be at least 65 cm, unless otherwise specified in the installation instructions.
- Ventilation: Good air ventilation in the room is crucial to prevent backflow of gases from other fuel-burning appliances. Ventilation openings must not be blocked, and extracted air should not be conveyed into ducts used for other appliances.
- Vacuum Limit: When operating with other appliances, the maximum vacuum generated in the room should not exceed 0.04 mbar.
- Electrical Connection: All electrical connections must be made by a qualified electrician, ensuring compatibility with mains power supply parameters. The appliance must be earthed if the symbol (回) is not on the rating plate. An isolating device allowing complete disconnection from the mains at all poles is required for direct power supply connections.
- Lamp Type: The appliance is supplied with an LED lamp and a separate control gear (LED driver), which should only be replaced by a technician. These lamps are designed for extreme physical conditions in household appliances and are not suitable for general room illumination.
Usage Features

Maintenance Features
Regular maintenance is crucial for the appliance's performance and safety:
- General Cleaning:
- Surfaces should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent to prevent material deterioration.
- Abrasive detergents, brushes, steam cleaners, water sprays, harsh abrasive cleaners, or sharp metal scrapers must not be used.
- After cooking, allow parts to cool down before cleaning to avoid stains.
- The interior of the appliance should be cleaned with a cloth.
- Grease Filter Cleaning:
- Grease filters must be cleaned monthly to prevent fat accumulation, which poses a fire risk.
- Filters can be washed in a dishwasher on a low temperature and short cycle. Discoloration of the filter may occur but does not affect performance.
- To remove, press the handle of the mounting clip, slightly tilt the front of the filter downwards, and pull.
- Charcoal Filter Replacement:
- Charcoal filters are non-washable and cannot be regenerated.
- They should be replaced approximately every 4-6 months, or more frequently with heavy usage.
- To replace, first remove the grease filters, then turn the charcoal filter counterclockwise and pull.
- Lamp Replacement:
- The LED lamp and control gear should only be replaced by a qualified technician.
- Before replacing the lamp, ensure the appliance is switched off to avoid electric shock.
