- Cookware Recommendations:
- Use cookware with a bottom that is as thick and flat as possible.

- For optimal cooking results, use cookware no larger than the diameter of the cooking zone.

- Use only the necessary amount of water when heating.
- Always use lids on cookware when possible.
- Place cookware on the cooking zone before activating it.
- The cookware bottom should have the same diameter as the cooking zone.
- Use smaller cookware on smaller cooking zones.
- Place cookware directly in the centre of the cooking zone.
- Utilize residual heat to keep food warm or melt it.

Maintenance Features
- General Cleaning:
- Clean the hob after each use.
- Always use cookware with a clean base.
- Scratches or dark stains on the surface do not affect hob operation.
- Use a special cleaner suitable for the hob surface and a special scraper for the glass.
- Deactivate the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning.
- Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply before maintenance.
- Do not use water spray or steam to clean the appliance.
- Clean with a moist soft cloth and neutral detergents. Avoid abrasive products, cleaning pads, solvents, or metal objects.
- Removing Specific Stains:
- Melted plastic, sugar, or food with sugar: Remove immediately using a special hob scraper on the glass surface at an acute angle.
- Limescale rings, water rings, fat stains, shiny metallic discoloration: Remove when the hob is sufficiently cool. Clean with a moist cloth and non-abrasive detergent. For shiny metallic discoloration, use a solution of water with vinegar and clean with a cloth.
- Preventing Damage:
- Do not keep hot cookware on the control panel.
- Do not put hot pan covers on the glass surface.
- Do not let cookware boil dry.
- Avoid dropping objects or cookware on the appliance.
- Do not activate cooking zones with empty cookware.
- Do not put aluminium foil on the appliance.
