    • The cookware bottom should have the same diameter as the cooking zone.
    • Use smaller cookware on smaller cooking zones.
    • Place cookware directly in the centre of the cooking zone.
    • Utilize residual heat to keep food warm or melt it.

Maintenance Features

  • General Cleaning:
