Remove the ex. Circle-clip and washer from
kick starter spindle composition.
Remove the kick-starter spindle ass’y.
Remove the kick-starter idle gear ass’y
Remove the kick spindle bush.
INSPECTION
Inspect the kick-starter spindle composition for
wear or damage.
Inspect the kick-starter return spring for
fatigue or damage.
Inspect the kick-starter spindle bush for wear of
damage.
