9.2 Troubleshooting
Bad Brake Performance Brake shoes are worn
Bad brake adjustment

9.3 REMOVE REAR WHEEL & REAR BRAKE
Loosen the cotter pin, and wheel nuts, raise the
rear wheel off the ground by placing a support
under the frame.
Release the wheel and wheel hub.
