If you are not receiving any outside data on your Aercus Weather Station, first ensure that both the receiver and transmitter have fresh, fully charged batteries. Lithium batteries are recommended for colder climates due to the tendency of alkaline batteries to slow down and freeze, causing signal dropouts. Avoid rechargeable batteries, as they often have a lower voltage (1.2V) than the required 1.5V and lose their peak charge quickly. To force a resync, insert the batteries into the receiver last. Make sure the transmitter is within range by moving the receiver closer to it, removing and reinserting the batteries, and waiting a few minutes.
