What to do if my Aerfast AC33024 Air Compressor does not switch on?

If your Aerfast Air Compressor doesn't switch on, stops, or fails to restart, there are a couple of things to check. First, ensure the 'ON-OFF' switch is in the 'ON (I)' position. Next, verify that the power supply cable is correctly plugged into a working outlet and that any extension cords used are also functional. Finally, confirm that the main switch of the mains is turned 'ON (I)'. If the thermal switch tripped due to current overload or short-circuit, follow the procedure described in par. 26.
